In 8th grade, my Health teacher made us all walk around class with paper plates on our backs. Everybody had to write an anonymous positive comment about each person on his or her plate. When I took off my plate and looked at it, "You are SO funny!" was written 18 times and "I LOVE your necklace" was written once.

I understand your point, but here's mine:
I applaud Joe Rogan for calling out Carlos Mencia for (allegedly) stealing jokes, including (alleged) proof in the viral video that's been making the rounds lately.
That said, I've never laughed at anything Joe Rogan intentionally meant to be funny.
The winner is nobody.
Since I'm joking, I agree. I guess that didn't come across.
No, it did.
I just like literal answers to rhetorical questions.
